What size should I purchase?
If you are unsure about the right size for you, consult our size guides. You can find them below the available sizes for each of our products. Additionally, below the image, you can see the model's measurements and the size she is wearing.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can contact us to find a solution.
Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
We ship with FedEx Express in Europe and the rest of the world, and with Akis Express in Cyprus. Tracking is always included.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns only for defective products, reported within 48 hours of receipt. Bikinis must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns for size changes are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
Shipping & Returns
How long does the shipping take?
Deliveries take place within 4-5 working days in Europe and 5-10 days in the rest of the world. In Cyprus, we deliver in 1-2 days. We only use express couriers with tracking included.
What are the shipping costs?
- Cyprus: Free
- Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland: €9.90 / Free over €100
- Rest of Europe: €19.90 / Free over €200
- Rest of the world: €29.90 / Free over €300
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For non-EU countries (such as Switzerland or the USA), any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I request a return for a defective product?
Write to us within 48 hours of receiving the package at info@magickini.com attaching the order number and, if possible, a photo. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Do you accept size exchanges?
No, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or size exchanges. We invite you to consult the size guide and the model's measurements.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods via Shopify Payments. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
Are your bikinis resistant to saltwater and sunlight?
Yes, we use selected materials to ensure resistance to saltwater, chlorine, and UV rays. The bikinis maintain their shape and color over time if treated correctly.
Are the materials certified or tested?
The fabrics we use are selected from reliable suppliers and handcrafted to offer comfort, quality, and durability. We do not use toxic or irritating materials.
